Seminar and Virtual Class Payments

Class minimum:

Employees: 10 people minimum. $20.00 per person.

Managers: 4 People minimum. $50 per person.

CEO: 1 Person minimum. $200.00

WCRB tai chi is based on the yang 1-24 form. The form is broken into four sections: beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each section is eight weeks in duration, with the ability to repeat the section if necessary or desired.

Each class has seven components: muscle stimulation, balance, massage, deep breathing, visualization, cognitive enhancement, and mindful meditation.

Tai chi is not an exercise program; it is a wellness program. It affects you physically, internally, and mentally.

As you progress through the program, so does your balance, agility, muscle strength, tone, and endurance, along with your coordination. You should also see marked improvement in your ability to stay calm in stressful situations, your blood pressure, your anxiety levels, your mood, your workload, and your sleep patterns
