
Teaching method. Most instructors simply take their students through the pattern without much discussion on how to obtain the benefits.
The WCRB teaching method not only informs the student of the benefits, but where they are in the pattern and how to obtain them.
The WCRB class structure is divided into seven parts:
Muscle stimulation
Balance
Muscle massage
Deep breathing
Visualization
Cognition and mindfulness.
During the class as students go through each section, the benefits are explained in detail along with how to best do the techniques so that the benefit can be gained without a lot of guesswork work.
